is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
All commercial and intellectual property rights in respect of the Flawless® mark and related trade dress, logos, product packaging and promotional materials are vested in Mr. Asad Javed.
Verification: Anyone may verify the registration status and proprietor details via the official
IPO Pakistan database by searching the application number 694359 or the mark “Flawless”.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, product images, packaging and other
intellectual property associated with Flawless® are protected under the Trademark Ordinance
2001 and other applicable laws. Any unauthorized use, imitation, sale, import, export, listing
on marketplaces, or distribution of counterfeit or infringing products will result in immediate
civil and criminal action, including but not limited to takedown notices, civil suits for
damages, criminal complaints, and cooperation with FIA Cyber Crime Wing and customs
enforcement.
4) What to do if you find a suspect listing (Public
Complaints / How to Report)
Report Infringement — Quick Steps (Public):
1. Note the suspect listing URL, marketplace, seller name, price and SKU/order id (if
any).
2. Take screenshots showing the listing, seller profile, and product pictures.
3. Email Legal Team:Legal.flawless@gmail.com (Subject: Flawless® Infringement
Report — [Marketplace]).
4. Attach: listing URL, screenshots, order receipt (if buyer), and any communication
with seller.
5. We will respond with confirmation within our legal timeline and initiate takedown
procedures.
